Crystal Cargill
APRN, PMHNP, FPNP
Crystal is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and board certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FPNP). She graduated with her bachelor’s in nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing in 1991 and her master’s degree in nursing from Illinois State University in 2018. She treats adolescents and adults.
She views clients from a holistic perspective incorporating bio-psycho-social assessment. She is interested in diagnosing and treating a wide array of mental health needs. Her specialty is medication management but she will also engage in therapeutic conversation utilizing empathetic listening as well.
Crystal is an approved provider with BlueCross-BlueShield and Health Alliance.
