Phone calls to the medical staff received after 4:00 p.m. on Thursdays or Fridays will be addressed the following Monday.

Monday:

7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday:

7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday:

7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Thursday:

7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Friday:

7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Our attendance policy: A $50.00 fee will be applied to your account each time that you miss/fail to attend an appointment or cancel the appointment less than two hours prior to the appointment. This fee will also be applied if you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment. Fees must be paid before another appointment is scheduled.

Furthermore, it is important to note that if you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, your appointment is considered canceled, and you may not be able to see your clinician. The appointment will have to be rescheduled after the late fee has been paid.
